Neither did anyone else! And when the number of farmers is shrinking every year, it’s a big deal if kids grow up thinking you have to be a man to be a farmer.

Tara Gorman and I worked with a rising Nashville star and a Grammy-winning songwriter to rewrite Old MacDonald as a celebration of female farmers.

The music video aired during the season premiere of The Voice and even made it into the top 20 on the iTunes rock charts.
